Last week our granddaughter was visiting us.
After she used the commode,
I noticed some stains in the bowl.
If you're a Flylady follower,
then you've heard of swish and swipe.
Obviously, I must have been behind a bit.
So, I squirted some old shampoo
(Flylady says soap is soap.)
in the bowl and started scrubbing.
Cate asked if she could help.
What?
Somebody actually wants to scrub the toilet?
I gladly passed her thebaton brush.

I kept leaving to hang up clothes in my closet.
When I came back, I discovered her fascination.
Shampoo makes a lot of bubbles if you scrub for a long time.
I wish I had known this trick when her
mother was at home.

My daughter always wanted to scrub toilets when she was younger -- something she learned from grandma for sure! Never thought of shampoo.
