I am very lucky.
I have a large refrigerator in my kitchen.
I have a small freezer and another refrigerator
in the garage.
With all that space, it's easy to lose track of
what is in each of those.
I tried to clean out/organize the freezer section
of the inside refrigerator.
Here is what I found:
This is a portion of bread/rolls/buns that I had frozen.
I turned this into bread crumbs.
I used the ham bone to season a big pot of beans.
These drink mixes were dated 2008.
I poured them down the drain.
We're not big drinkers, can you tell?
We're not big drinkers, can you tell?
This is my favorite discovery.
What do you think is inside?
Umm, not sure, but that looks like
serious freezer burn.
Ah, leftover chili - nope, not eating that.
Why did I save it?
The bad news is I only made it through
two of the shelves in that freezer.
I wonder what other treasures
I will find in there.
How often you do you clean out your freezer leftovers?
