I found this at Goodwill, and the price was right. It was $0.95 ~ I didn't know what it was, but I knew I had to have it.
There is a handle to carry it around from room to room. The center turns, but I don't know how that helps me.
I think I will use it as a paint caddy in my craft room. Anyone have any other ideas for how I could use it?

Condiments? Nail polish? I like your idea of craft paint in the small bottles... great find!

That's strange, because I was going to say exactly the same as Genie - i.e. Condiments and Nail Polish, especially as the centre bit moves! Your idea is more practical for your use I guess. I've never seen one like it before, I must admmit.
I was thinking spices...it's pretty cool and your idea sounds good.
Well, whatever you use it for, it makes a great little organizer.
I'm guessing it's for spices and salt and pepper shaker.
That's really fun ... and what a great deal! It would also be cute as a napkin/cutlery caddy on a buffet. You'd have to do something to stop the cutlery from sliding through but it has a great utilitarian look.
I do not have a clue, but I think craft paints would be the best idea.
I love that you had no idea what it was, and therefore, had to have it.
Would toilet paper rolls fit in the side? I would line them up and put my paintbrushes in them... I can't wait to see what you do with this!
How funny! I've done that before where I have no clue what something is but I still want to buy it. I think your idea for using it for paint is genius! I was going to say it looks like something for condiments to carry out to the deck table or something. What ever it is I'm sure you'll make good use of it!
I don't have any ideas at present but I sure would love to know what it is.

I have absolutely no idea, but I would love to know its original purpose.
I was thinking small condiment bottles... cool item for paint bottles. I love 'repurposing'
