“A large drop of sun lingered on the horizon and then dripped over and was gone, and the sky was brilliant over the spot where it had gone, and a torn cloud, like a bloody rag, hung over the spot of its going. And dusk crept over the sky from the eastern horizon, and darkness crept over the land from the east.”
― John Steinbeck, The Grapes of Wrath

The words you have chosen go perfectly with the lovely sky photo.
Wow, a beautiful picture, and beautiful words! I want to go to Wisconsin! Hugs ~ Mary
I love that book and the sunset is beautiful!
Hi Grammy ... your picture is beautiful. I love John Steinback; nobody writes like he does.

Lovely sunset and words. Concerning your question about the mango crisp, any mango will be fine as long as they are very ripe. A little white sugar or brown sugar could be added to the diced mangoes if you think they are not sweet enough. Hope that helps. ----------Shannon
can never get enough sunset photos - God's special phenomenon aren't they?
