The Va Tech Corps of Cadets is proud to announce that, barring weather or operational factors,
Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City will conduct a
flyover with a MH-65D Dolphin helicopter
during the National Anthem
prior to the Virginia Tech vs. University of Miami
game on Saturday, October 8th, 2011.

Prior to the flight, the unit will conduct
orientation sessions for cadets
interested in pursuing a career in the Coast Guard.
The aircraft will be flown by Aircraft Commander Lieutenant Charles Clark, VTCC’95, and
Lieutenant Jay Kircher,

brother of Jeff Kircher, VTCC ‘94.

Primary Function: All Weather Search and Rescue, Law Enforcement,
Homeland Security aircraft
Max Speed: 175 knots
